Vision Security & Facilities Management was established in 2023 with its Headquarters at Nagercoil. Office is situated at a prominent place near to Kanyakumari district collectorate, water tank road, next to GT Holidays. We have a very strong management team with experience from the Central Armed Police Force and also international exposure. Our Security guards are recruited locally after due verification by HR and character antecedence. They are free from any civil or criminal background as certified by Police clearance. We provide man guarding services, Access control, Reception services and Parking services. Our uniformed security guards are deployed at various sites on contract basis. Site is being surveyed/Audited by our security experts prior to deployment. We impart quality training to our security guards in the following subjects in addition to PSARA standards.

Management Input

Regularly conducting management and operational meetings to strengthen and revitalise our approach in protecting the assets of our valuable clients. Surprise checking will be carried out by our Field Supervisors Day & night to ensure that the guards are aware of their duties & responsibilities in accordance with the client's assignment instruction. Our dedicated team will also ensure the guard's alertness & vigilantes.

A. Abdul Kather Jilani has amassed a remarkable career in security services, showcasing his expertise across diverse industries and settings. Initially serving with the Central Industrial Security Force in India for over two decades, he held roles in critical areas like Sea Ports, Airports, Chemical plants, and with renowned organizations like Indian Space Research Organisation. Following this, he extended his career internationally in Dubai, accumulating 15 years of experience across prominent entities such as Higher Colleges of Technology, Emirates National Oil Company, Tata Steel, and various other prestigious firms.
Jilani's pursuit of excellence in security is evident through his specialized training at institutions like the National Industrial Security Academy in Hyderabad and his graduation from the Dubai Police Academy, where he earned certifications as a professional Security Manager. His tenure across sectors like petroleum, banking, hospital, real estate, and diverse industries has undoubtedly enriched his understanding of security needs within different organizational landscapes. His extensive background reflects a seasoned professional adept at navigating security challenges across varied environments.

Mr. S. Jegesh Vinu Das, MCA, having a handful of experience over 10 years in Facility management, involves the coordination and maintenance of an organization's physical assets and infrastructure. It includes aspects like space planning, maintenance, security, and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of facilities.
